Fabulous food, and hummus and desserts! Some of the best food we've had in Santa Rosa

Mohamed, the business owner, is a great host, a wonderful cook, and a delight to be around. I had the Dolmas with yogurt and the beef and lamb shawarma. Both were delicious, perfectly prepared, fresh, and worth the very reasonable price. If you like Mediterranean or middle eastern food, give the Falafel Hut a chance, you won't be disappointed by this family operated restaurant. P.S. Try the hot sauce - excellent!

Extremely friendly service and delicious food. I had the Lamb and Beef Shawarma and was blown away, extremely delicious. Same thing for the pistachio baklava. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Love the shawarma here. My wife is a fan of the falafel. I'll stop in when I'm having a craving. The hot sauce is homemade and the owner is a really nice guy. I need to try something else next time, I'm sure everything is great!

Few restauratuer's care to create such scrumptiouus food! As a person who has traveled the Middle East - I can say the food is authentic and abundant. Cooked perfectly and delectable to taste. We love this place.

I was craving Mediterranean food. Thus, I entered Falafel Hut, and ordered their vegetarian combo plate. I figure one of the best things is the opportunity to try one of everything haha. The food itself is good, albeit mostly lukewarm. I was surprised because it is the first time I have seen falafel with a green interior. It made me think of Green Eggs and Ham! It is really easy to be satisfied with their service. The only negative things about it I can think of would be visiting on a rather hot day...and not quite having enough pita bread for the amount of hummus provided haha. It would be even more enjoyable if I didn't have to think of the sweltering heat outside. This place is good for satisfying your Mediterranean food cravings!

Nice casual spot to meet before/after a movie at The Rafael, lunch or an early dinner for good Mediterranean food. Solid falafel wrap, room for a group or eat outside. Food takes a little time because this is prepared by order, not super fast food. Wine, beer, Turkish coffee and desserts are good too. I had a problem with my to go order, I called and they made it more than right. They knew about the problem so there's decent communication with the staff. I've been stuck on the falafel wrap but more to come in the future. FYI, like many places, it can be a bit chilly since door and windows are often open.
